1. The Service Provider
RENAX Kemer Car Rental(“RENAX”, “we”, “us”) is a car rental operator based in Kemer, Antalya, Turkey. These terms govern the use of our website at kemercarrental.com and any booking or rental transaction you enter into with us.
2. Eligibility to Rent
To rent a vehicle from RENAX, you must:
- Be at least 23 years of age at the time of rental
- Hold a full, valid driving licence issued in your country of residence
- Have held your driving licence for a minimum of 2 years
- Possess a valid passport or national ID card
- Hold a credit card in your own name (for security deposit purposes)
- Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance
Licences must be legible and in the Latin alphabet, or accompanied by an official translation. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is not required for EU, UK, US, Australian or most other Western licences for short-term rentals.
3. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from RENAX via WhatsApp or email. Submitting a booking form or sending a WhatsApp message constitutes a reservation request only. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation. In the unlikely event that your reserved vehicle is unavailable, we will offer a comparable substitute or a full refund of any prepayment.
4. Pricing & Payment
Daily rates are quoted in EUR and include Turkish VAT (KDV) and full comprehensive insurance. All prices are as displayed on our website at the time of booking.
Security deposit: A refundable security deposit of 6,000 TRY is required at the time of vehicle handover. This is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card (not charged) and released within 7–14 business days after vehicle return, subject to the vehicle being returned in the same condition.
Payment methods: Cash (EUR, USD, TRY) or credit card. We do not accept debit cards for the security deposit.
No hidden fees: There are no fuel surcharges, airport pick-up fees, or delivery charges within our standard service area (Kemer, Camyuva, Tekirova, Göynük, Kiriş, Beldibi, Çıralı, and Antalya Airport).
5. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing to info@kemercarrental.com or via WhatsApp to +90 531 276 07 91. The time of receipt of the written cancellation is used to determine the applicable fee.
6. Vehicle Use Conditions
The renter agrees to:
- Use the vehicle only on paved, public roads within Turkey
- Not drive under the influence of alcohol (Turkish legal limit: 0.50 mg/ml blood alcohol) or drugs
- Not smoke inside the vehicle (cleaning fee of €50 applies if violated)
- Not transport more passengers than the vehicle's stated seating capacity
- Not use the vehicle for any commercial purpose, racing, or driving lessons
- Not cross international borders without prior written permission from RENAX
- Return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the time of collection
- Notify RENAX immediately in the event of any accident, theft, or mechanical fault
- Return the vehicle at the agreed time; late returns are charged at the daily rate pro-rated to the nearest hour
7. Insurance & Liability
All vehicles include full comprehensive insurance (Kasko) and third-party liability insurance as required by Turkish law.
Insurance coverage does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Damage caused while driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Intentional damage
- Damage caused by an unauthorised driver
- Damage to tyres, wheels, or the undercarriage caused by off-road driving
- Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle
- Driving on unpaved roads or unmaintained surfaces
In excluded cases, the renter is personally liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.
8. Accidents & Breakdowns
In the event of an accident:
- 1.Call Turkish emergency services: 112 (ambulance), 155 (police), 110 (fire)
- 2.Do not move the vehicle until the police have attended (unless required for safety)
- 3.Obtain the police report (kaza tespit tutanağı)
- 4.Contact RENAX immediately on WhatsApp: +90 531 276 07 91
- 5.Do not admit liability or sign any document without consulting RENAX
- 6.Photograph the scene, damage, and third-party vehicles/plates

9. Website Use
All content on kemercarrental.com — including text, images, pricing, and vehicle information — is provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RENAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or rental services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a rental transaction shall not exceed the total rental fees paid for that specific booking.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or a rental transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Turkey.

12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking confirmation governs that rental. We recommend checking this page before each booking.
